Working permit

Working permit

To obtain a labor visa in Dubai, also known as a work permit, you will need to follow these steps:

1. You must establish a company in Dubai or connect to our co-working network
2. Apply for a work permit: We are applying for a work permit on your behalf through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) in Dubai.
3. Medical examination: Once the work permit is approved, you must undergo a medical exam at a government-approved medical center. We give VIP assistance to you.
4. Emirates ID application: After the medical examination, we help to apply for an Emirates ID as it is a requirement for obtaining a labor visa.
5. Visa stamping: Once your medical examination and Emirates ID application are completed, we help to submit the required documents to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) to obtain the work visa stamp on your passport.
6. Entry permit: You will receive an entry permit, which you must present at the airport when you arrive in Dubai.
7. Resident permit: Once you arrive in Dubai, we will complete the necessary paperwork to obtain a resident visa or labor card required for working in Dubai.

It is important to note that the process for obtaining a labor visa can vary depending on your nationality, profession, and the company you are working for.
